Cycling Specific Coaching by Pinnacle Training Systems

Whether you just bought your first bike or have been competing for years, PTS offers you the most scientific training programs in the central valley.

Whether you are a road, mountain, or cyclocross rider, we have the people, tools, and expertise to help you succeed! We offer three coaching packages to suit the varying needs of our athletes:

Level 1 Coaching Package

This package is great for any level of athlete wanting direction and focus in their training and workouts. This program provides scientific assessment of the athlete's current fitness level, which will then be used to make adjustments to their overall training plan.

Package Includes:

  • Initial consult to determine goals and current level of fitness
  • Training program adjusted weekly
  • Athlete initiated contact through phone and e-mail
  • Online training log and calendar on TrainingPeaks
  • Scientific analysis of workouts on TrainingPeaks
  • Pre and post race discussion
  • Assessment of strengths and weaknesses
  • Power and heart rate training
Cost: $150/Month

Level 2 Coaching Package

With this package, the athlete gets all the benefits of the level 1 coaching, as well as guidance in either NUTRITION or MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING.

Package Includes:

  • Entire Level 1 Package
  • FREE download of Pinnacle Nutrition for Athletes OR Weight Loss Download Package 1

*PLUS*

  • Initial nutritional consult and analysis to determine areas of nutritional strengths and weakness, as well as weekly food tracking in accordance with workouts.

*OR*

  • Initial consult with a certified Sports Psychologist to determine goals and areas of mental weakness, as well as weekly drills applicable to workouts to encourage strengths and work on areas of weakness.
Cost: $225/Month

Level 3 Coaching Package

This package is perfect for the serious athlete with big plans, who intends to work on all aspects of sport: training & fitness, nutrition, and mental skills training. With this package, the athlete gets all the benefits of the level 1 coaching, as well as guidance in NUTRITION and MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING.

  • Entire Level 1 Package
  • FREE download of Pinnacle Nutrition for Athletes OR Weight Loss Download Package 1

*PLUS*

  • Initial nutritional consult and analysis to determine areas of nutritional strengths and weakness, as well as weekly food tracking in accordance with workouts

AS WELL AS...
