Pinnacle Training Systems is known for the wonderful support we provide our runners both during training and on race day. Many have joined our program because they have seen PTS marathon trainers out on the course cheering on and providing aid to their runners. During training, PTS provides trainers both on foot and on bikes to make sure each runner is properly cared for.
"Individualized" Group Training?
Don't let the term "group training" throw you. Pinnacle Training Systems doesn't put you into a "one size fits all" running group to help you reach the finish line. Our programs are scientifically put together so that each and every runner can progress at his or her own pace. The group atmosphere provides excellent accountability and gives the runner a great opportunity to meet people and make some new friends, but the program itself is based on the scientific principle that each athlete is different.
Why does PTS not have a "one size fits all" group program? In any given running group that runs in a pack, you will be sure to find runners who are running too fast for their own good as well as runners who are being held back for the sake of the group. Only a few runners in the pack are actually going at the pace and intensity level that is optimal for their personal training. We want you to experience the success that only good science can bring you - the same science that goes behind every world class marathoner's training plan.

PRE-DESIGNED PROGRAMS:
These programs are for the athlete who wishes to have a professionally-designed training program but does not require any one-on-one coaching or training advice. You simply will download the digital training calendar and start training!
PRE-DESIGNED PROGRAM WITH ONCE/WEEK EMAIL/PHONE PROGRESS REPORT:
Athletes will have an online TrainingPeaks account where their workouts will be entered for the duration of the program. Athletes can then upload their training information (GPS data, notes, etc) and a PTS coach will analyze their workouts and provide a weekly progress report.

"After being "retired" from running and triathlon for many years and then suffering a debilitating work injury last year just before the Half Marathon, I decided to look for a training program for this year's race.
