Having all the right gear is only a small part of being a great triathlete. You can be 100% motivated to work out, train hard and eat right, but it's all wasted efforts if you don't have the right training program to safely and effectively point you toward successful completion of your goals. Pinnacle Training Systems has the scientific approach that will help you not only reach the finish line -- but to get there being a better swimmer, cyclist, and runner -- the ultimate PTS triathlete.

"Group" Training?

Don't let the term "group training" throw you. Pinnacle Training Systems doesn't put you into a "one size fits all" training group to help you reach the finish line. Our programs are scientifically put together so that each and every triathlete can progress at his or her own pace. The group atmosphere provides excellent accountability and gives the athlete a great opportunity to meet people and make some new friends, but the program itself is based on the scientific principle that each athlete is different.

"Individualized" Group Training?

Why does PTS not have a "one size fits all" group program? In any given group that trains in a pack, you will be sure to find athletes who are running or cycling too fast for their own good as well as those who are being held back for the sake of the group. Only a few athletes in the pack are actually going at the pace and intensity level that is optimal for their personal training. We want you to experience the success that only good science can bring you - the same science that goes behind every world class triathlete's training plan. Designed by the well educated and experienced pros at PTS, our training programs are designed to do three things: help you set realistic goals, get you to the finish line, and prevent injury throughout the process.With PTS, YOU are competing in YOUR race.
